AWA & TLMI to collaborate on Sleeve Label Industry Conference Nov. 10-12 in Cincinnati

AWA and TLMI will partner for this year’s Sleeve Label Industry Conference & Exhibition taking place Nov. 10-12 at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter in Cincinnati, OH. The event will be a hybrid in-person/virtual event, and attendees will be able to choose to either be present at the forum or to join event sessions online via AWAVirtual™.

The three-day Conference Program will feature presentations and panel discussions from experts across the value chain including converters, suppliers and brand owners. In addition to the presentations and panel discussions, the Conference will feature an exhibition area to further optimize networking opportunities and knowledge sharing.

TLMI recognizes that the association’s converter members are increasingly moving beyond the scope of traditional pressure-sensitive applications and exploring other print decoration formats.

Association President Linnea Keen says, “We’re thrilled to be partnering with our friends at AWA this year in holding the AWA TLMI Sleeve Label Industry Conference & Exhibition. As we all know, shrink and non-shrink sleeve applications have been growth markets in the narrow web space for more than a decade. Sleeve applications optimize billboard space and allow brands to market and differentiate their products in unique and eye-catching ways. We see more and more label converters entering the sleeve print decoration space each year.

"In partnering with AWA, TLMI is able to offer our converter and supplier members essential resources to help them seek profitable business opportunities in growth markets and the choice of attending either an in-person or virtual platform to guide their strategies.”

Hybrid Event & Extended In-person Networking Sessions
Furthermore, the conference will build on the success of the previous events and the high demand of conducting business conversations in person by extending further the spaces and time for networking during the conference. As Francesco Ticca, mgr.-AWA Conferences & Events, adds, “We have decided to offer a hybrid setup, the highlights of the conference will be available on Streaming, and additional content will be available on demand. We are sure that this way, AWA and AWAVirtual™ Hybrid Conference & Exhibition will provide the “best of both worlds” for our delegates and sponsors.”
