Products: Complete line of tight tolerance, precision finished elastomeric and urethane covered rollers used in paper/film/foil coating and laminating, web wrinkle removal and flexo printing; backup pressure/impression rolls used in extrusion lamination, film extruding, cast film extruding and orienting as well as embossing and calendering rollers. Other process areas and product requirements where American Roller meets customer needs are in super-finished and matte finished ceramic and carbon chill roll coverings, corona treating, static control, heated rolls, high release plasma sprayed hardcoating, lightweight composite core construction and special, high-tech grooving and surface finish specifications.
