PAYMENT POLICY

All fees must be paid in full prior to the class to reserve your classroom seat or to receive access to an online course. Attendees can take both, 4-hour courses together, or select one course.


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY (Classroom Courses)

Cancellations 20 days prior to start date will receive a full refund of fees. Cancellations from 20 days prior to 10 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 10 days of scheduled start date will not be eligible for refund. Registration IS transferable to another person at the same company up to one week before the start of the course. To transfer your registration to another person, please contact the AIMCAL Office. If you need to switch your registration to a different course date, please contact the AIMCAL office. Attendee may change course dates up to one week before the start of the course.


COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

AIMCAL reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason. Refunds are limited to the full registration fee for the course that was cancelled. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact the AIMCAL office.
